I have one similar to that on my keychain. The photon 2 led light. Works great, but you can't get quick access to the batteries if you need to. Not a big deal since as soon as the batteries are at "poor" status I can still use it for the rest of the day and just replace them when I get home. The photon 3 lights I don't recommend because they have a tendacy to get stuck on, thus draining the batteries. The photon 4 just came out and has the added feature of automatically turning off if the button remains pressed. Don't know how that works if it's just tapping it occasionally, though.

I've seen about 5 different brands... each of them will MOMENTARILY turn on by squeezing the sides together. Easy to do, even while manipulating the key at night. A rectangular slide switch can be used lock it in the on position. Eventually, the switch got loose & the light would come on by accident. After disassembly for a battery change, I pushed the switch more firmly back into its track. That tighened it up enough to prevent accidentally turning on. Smile
