I found a plugin that adds a links page. It is FFAL (free for all links) style, meaning anyone can add a link. I set up a few categories to begin with. Send me a message if you think there are any other categories I should set up. Also, it let's you create a "favorites" list that you can keep your personal favorite links in. These personal categories are not shown to everyone, and by default, that is the default location for a link. So make sure to select another category or no one will see it. You can also edit links you have submitted, but no one elses. As long as no one takes advantage of it, this is how I will leave it. If people start spamming it and posting links to "make money while you sleep" or some other ad, I'll disable user posting and just allow admins to do it (have to figure out how to do that, first).

Right now, the Aeolus (default) and SubSilver templates are running. I'll get it setup on the Helius template when I get a chance.

Look on the navigation bar and click on the links one.
